Our Lady of the Morning Star Fundraiser

Ms Nawal Khatar has organised a fundraiser for the Our Lady Of the Morning Star Church.

Tickets are available for $60, it will be held at the Grand Westella.

Details of the event will be posted this afternoon.

Date: Friday 2 March 2007
Venue: Grand Westella
Price: $60 including dinner, drinks, mezza and entertainment.

Will there be people driving around selling tickets like usual? if not, then i suggest they do. Its very effective and reaches the Rural Areas :)

i was speaking on Behalf of all the rich farmers who are too busy to drive somewhere to get tickets!

anywayz.....it will be more succesful with those drive around ticket sellers..i know for a fact my grandmother buys 5 tickets and never even uses them! JUST FOR THE JIEH!

Well the crowd with the money to donate to the church was the older crowd at the end of the night, and I suppose that was part of the theme of the night to appeal to that audience and entertain them as such to donate to their mother church.
It wasn't so bad, but at the same time I guess if the youth had money to donate, and actually were interested in giving to the church, maybe that day will come when their needs are catered for with more lively entertainment.
