The Divine Victory

Postby Prince Cadmus II » Sat May 10, 2008 1:38 am

Okay, so Hezbollah used this mode of thought in 2006, that it had a "Divine Victory" against Israel from what happened...

So if we translate this same thinking to this week's events, doesn't that mean that it is the Lebanese Government, or more correctly "pro-government" sides who now have the 'Divine Victory' since they withstood the show of force that Hezbollah displayed?

I personally don't think so that its a divine victory, but if Hezbollah is consistent in its philosophy of war, to be fair and impartial here, then it is technically a divine victory for the government according to Hezbollah terms..... ie it withstood and survived the barrage and Hezbollah did not succeed in bringing down the government.

It is either this, or everything is just a concoction of propaganda on part of all sides. (And that seems like the most likely scenario)

P.S. Did this Hezbollah fighter pee in his pants? I think he pissed himself laughing at what kind of a joke this has all turned into, all over a claiming a few dollars on top of the monthly pay has turned into this. (Or at least that was the excuse..)

the football game just started. The terrorists scored early to take the lead 1-0. but the good players are still warming up. Hold on to your seats gents the game will be exciting.

About your pic, maybe he stole the pants from a bleeding victim!

Yuck that is disgusting, lucky I have just had lunch.

I don't see how its a football game when pro-government forces just abandon their areas upon consultation with the army, while Hezbollah walks in unopposed and claims another 'victory' akin to the 2000 withdrawal of south Leb. How can you claim a victory if their is no opposition?
