what happened to my english channels

all channels on our satelite dish have dissapeared exept for the arabic ones. what do we do? the guy who installed it isnt answering his phone. How can i repair it?

sob7an allah man last week all stations went down except OTV.

Maybe the tables have turned and its a reverse conspiracy, a revenge conspiracy.... part of the PR campaign waved by the FPM that it is a force to be reckoned with...
